Triangular Shawl *Piastrella*

This triangular shawl is worked from the bottom point upwards. The middle part of the triangle is worked in a mesh pattern and adorned by a fanciful ornament (novice knitters may omit the ornament and work the basic pattern only). The ornamental edging along both sides is knitted as you go – no sewing or grafting required. The pattern is charted.
