Sock *Franzi*

The sock *Franzi* has a fascinating pattern of mock cables crossed by zigzagging slip stitch cables at the leg. The mock cables are continued across the instep, right up to the toe. Instructions for heel and toe are not included; these are worked according to your preference. The pattern is charted. 

Size: 39/40 (EU) – 8.5-9 (US) – 6-6.5 (UK),but variable
Yarn: 4ply / fingering / sockyarn, solid or semi-solid
Yardage: approx. 350 m (383 yd)
Needle size: 2.0 to 2.5 mm (US size 0 to 1, UK size 14 to 13)
