Knitted stole *CandyCane* with a romantic, knitted lace edging. The main part consists of alternating dainty lace parts and stockinette parts. The changes between 1-ply and 2-ply yarn create a special effect. The pattern is charted.

*) The stole is partially worked 1-ply and partially 2-ply (with the thread held double). The yarn has to be wound in cake style to make sure that you can use the thread from the inside and the outside of the cake. Alternatively, use 2 cakes or balls of yarn.
